OPEN PROCEDURES FOR ATTRACTING PARTNERS

Based on the current legislation, as well as the public-private form of ownership of the "Institute of Precision Agriculture", given the innovation of all professional activities, in order to create the most modern and functional model, we invite local and international companies. , companies, firms, and organizations that have proven themselves on the market, or creators of new and modern technologies and products for partners or subcontractors.

Basic requirements for Partners:

Each partner will be applied individually depending on the specifics of the "Modular Direction", technical and legal issues arising from the specifics of the work (local or foreign legal entity, nomenclature base, certificates, patents, licenses, etc.).

  • 1. Experience in your field for at least two years.

  • 2. Existence of material and technical, personnel and nomenclature base covering the basic requirements of the direction.

  • 3. Availability of annual reports and balance sheets for the past two years, with clear indicators of financial results from professional activities. (There should be legal indicators of profit from the economic activity).

  • 4. Availability of financial resources for equipment and management of the module (the document proving the existence of financial possibilities is necessary).

The partner must meet the following basic legal requirements:

Become an official member of the Institute of Precision Agriculture by submitting an application and pre-approved applications, questionnaires, and declarations.

Make an entrance fee. (There is a basic fee, adopted within the law and approved by the Board of Directors, for all types of membership).

To conclude an exclusive agreement on joint work for at least one programming period, ie seven years, with automatic prolongation in case the clause on termination of the agreement will not be applied.

In case of the desire to completely invert in the direction, we will introduce the given partner in the structure of founders with the right of participation, in "General Meeting", and scientific and technical commissions.

At his own expense to equip everything necessary for the operation of the module: to provide technical, technological, and nomenclature base, including certificates, patents, and licenses, as well as to provide qualified personnel, if necessary, to train for this area of the Module.

Appoint an official representative to the Scientific Council in this modular area.

Provide / Create, technical conditions for all works and processes in the direction. On this basis, create and approve a pricing policy and price list.

Subcontracting partners:



  • 1. Only companies that have officially participated in the open procedure and successfully passed the selection established by the commission can be subcontracted.

  • 2. There are no legal restrictions on the number of companies that have the opportunity to perform subcontracting work
  • 3. The required number of companies for subcontracting is determined according to the technical conditions, which are developed in advance by the Lead Partner and approved by the "Institute of Precision Agriculture".

  • 4. Subcontractors perform certain work under the contract for a period of up to seven years with the right to prolong.

  • 5. The extension of the contract depends only on the Lead Partner, who bears all responsibility.

  • 6. Participation in the open procedure for subcontracting is possible only after admission to membership.

  • 7. Membership does not exempt a participant from paying participation fees and providing a Bank Guarantee for good performance under the Public Procurement Act (PPA).

  • 8. Participants who have not passed the open procedure remain our partners. Information about their activities and products (works) will be available to all our consumers.

  • 9. Participants who have not passed the open procedure, who remain our partners will be further considered with priority by the Institute of Precision Agriculture in the development of new programs and works.

Admission Membership fee

For Partners (Under Contractors). Enterprises, companies, organizations and other similar, local or foreign wishing to become partners or subcontractors of the "Institute of Precision Agriculture", in case of approval by the Management Board, according to the regulation are obliged to pay:

- One-time entrance fee of - BGN 7,000. (€ 3,570).

For Users (Farmers):

Basic - BGN 300. Includes:
  • Personal User Cabinet, with full access to the Geo Portal and the GIS system.
  • Access to integrated programs and systems for management and analysis of affordable / exclusive prices and with 10% discount.
  • Access to all services of "Regional Centers for Digital and Bio Technologies" at prices with 10% discount.
  • Opportunity to use certain operational works such as; digitization, UAV monitoring, installation of sensors and traps, treatment with biologically active means of protection, etc. at affordable / exclusive prices with 10% discount.
Extended - BGN 600. Includes:
  • Personal User Cabinet, with full access to the Geo Portal and the GIS system.
  • Access to integrated programs and systems for management and analysis of affordable / exclusive prices and with 20% discount.
  • Access to all services of "Regional Centers for Digital and Bio Technologies" at prices with 20% discount.
  • Opportunity to use certain operational works such as; digitization, UAV monitoring, installation of sensors and traps, treatment with biologically active means of protection, etc. at affordable / exclusive prices with 20% discount.
  • Personal assistant for individual management of processes, works and turnkey services.
  • Virtual agronomist.
